HOLLYWOOD, CA (Gosh!Radio) 7/14/2011 – “I like to write about different types of love:,” says singer-songwriter Jackie Kara.. “Unconditional love, self-love, the hear break of rejected love, love out of control” Kara has a breathy club mix sound. She recently performed at CAT club as a special guest with Black Sabith and Alanas Morasette.
Kara wanted to be a singer since she was a child living in Russia, but somehow her dream got postponed. “I just started singing about a half year ago by having a realization that this is what I always wanted to do,” says Kara. “I met a few people who inspired me to become a singer. I was writing a book before that then I started writing songs and singing. I worked on my voice to develop a unique style. Now my dream wish is coming true and I really want to inspire others to never give up their dreams.”
Gosh!Radio host Gabrielle Pantera will interview Monroe on Meet the Music, broadcasting live on UStream from Melrose Music Studios in Hollywood. The show premiered in June of 2011. This is the 6th episode. Tune in to listen and phone in live with your music questions.
